Ghost ("we," "our," or "us") is an AI avatar video creation app available on iOS. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Ghost app and website at facelesscreator.io.
Account information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Apple, your Apple ID and optional display name.
Videos and recordings: When you use Mirror Mode, you upload or record a short video of yourself. This recording is transmitted to our AI processing infrastructure and deleted from our servers after processing (typically within 24 hours). Generated videos are stored in your account and visible only to you.
Usage data: We collect information about how you use the app — modes used, videos generated, and credits consumed — to improve the product.
Payment information: Purchases are processed by Apple's App Store via in-app purchase. We use RevenueCat to track subscription status and credit balances. We do not receive, store, or process your payment card details directly.
Device tokens: We collect your device's push notification token to send you alerts when your video is ready.
We use your information to provide and operate the Ghost service, process video generation requests, track your credit balance, send push notifications when your video is ready, and improve the app based on usage patterns. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Supabase: User authentication, database storage, and file storage. Hosted in the US. See supabase.com/privacy.
fal.ai: All AI video generation is performed on fal.ai's infrastructure. Your avatar image and (in Mirror Mode) your uploaded recording are transmitted to fal.ai for processing. See fal.ai/privacy.
RevenueCat: Manages in-app subscriptions and credit packs purchased through Apple's App Store. See revenuecat.com/privacy.
Anthropic Claude: AI script generation. Script prompts you submit are sent to Anthropic for processing. See anthropic.com/privacy.
Your account and generated videos are retained while your account is active. Mirror Mode source recordings are deleted after AI processing, typically within 24 hours. When you delete your account, your data is permanently removed within 30 days. You can delete individual videos from your Library at any time.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Contact us at magarity.mark@gmail.com or use the Delete Account option in the app (Profile → Delete Account). EEA/UK users have additional rights under GDPR.
Ghost is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and row-level security on our database. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
